“Ahhh” she cries as something crawls across her hand. Crying out, the darkness swallows the sound. She hears a fluttering, getting louder and louder, then realises it’s her own heartbeat. Groping around over hard wood and sharp nails she finds a line of string. Pulling sharply, the lights snap on. Relief floods through her; it’s just the attic after all!

Woohoo! I'm now a blogger.
Ok...so I think I've worked this out! I will now be able to come on here when I get some moments in time and post my thoughts, short short stories, recipes and picys of the silly dog I have, the funny looking hubby I married and the yummy cakes I have been making. I hope that this will have some interest to someone out there. If not...then so be it.
Learning about blogging
I have just been researching how to blog and I'm still a little unsure. I am really enjoying my writing at the moment and I kind of wanted somewhere to vent all my thoughts. So, I should apologise now if I become addicted to blogging. I have read hundreds of blogs over the years and think I have some idea of what to do, however it may look dull...dull...dull as I haven't figured out how to make everything look pretty yet!
